How & Where does the Course take place?
Classes take place in our private, secure online classroom. We use a professional video conferencing system that’s optimized for online education. Access your classes from anywhere via your computer, tablet, or phone using a secure access code.
How do I pay for the classes?
Private classes are paid for either on a monthly basis or by purchasing a bulk pack of classes (minimum 10), at a discounted rate. Payments are to be made by bank transfer in advance of your classes.
I don't know my current level of English, what do I do?
Our classes and courses currently serve 3 levels: Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate, and Advanced.
If you are unsure of your current level, don’t worry, we can help! Contact us today and we will evaluate your level via a short online Business English test.
Do you offer Short-Courses or Skills Courses?
Yes, we do! In addition to our immersion course, we offer self-paced English Grammar Courses and Business Skills Courses, such as for presentations and job interviews. Check out our full list of courses here.
Is there an English book we should buy for this course?
Yes, we do recommend one Business English book, even for private classes. This is in addition to the extra material (free) that we’ll use to teach you and customise your classes to your needs.
What computer/technical setup do I need to join this course?
Good question! It’s actually very simple, you’ll need the following setup:
1. a computer, phone or tablet.
2. a standard headset/microphone.*
3. a web camera.
4. A solid internet connection.**
